I start by figuring out what is actually broken.

I usually work with one person who sees the bigger picture and can help set priorities, and one person who is closer to the day-to-day work and feels the pain of the current process directly.

From there, I identify the real bottleneck, simplify the process behind it, implement the changes directly, document the system clearly, and train the team so the improvements hold up.

About Jackson

I work at the intersection of systems, process, and people.

I started my career translating between technical and non-technical teams, then went on to manage marketing and engineering teams inside fast-growing companies.

Over time, I found myself drawn to the systems connecting everything together and the operational problems that start showing up when a company grows faster than its processes.
